Team Ferraro

We are proud to provide students at the University of Dayton with safe, comfortable housing and a positive living experience throughout their college years.

A Legacy of Home, Family & Belonging

Ferraro Housing began with a simple belief: that where you live during college should feel safe, meaningful, and like home.

Our father, Vincenzo Ferraro, was a proud University of Dayton graduate, a devoted father, and a man who believed deeply in giving back to the community that shaped him. After his passing in July 2023, we carry forward his vision with gratitude and purpose.

The homes you see today began with our grandparents, who immigrated from Italy and settled at 222 Stonemill in the 1950s. That house became the heart of our family—a place filled with weekly gatherings, stories, and connection. It’s where our father grew up, and where the foundation of this legacy was built.

Over time, he expanded the property to create housing for UD students, proud to support the next generation of the university he once called home.

Today, we continue that legacy with care and intention—honoring our family’s history by providing students with safe, welcoming homes in the University of Dayton neighborhood.

We are grateful to be a small part of such an important chapter in your life.
